Welcome to the VaVoom Room, Townsville's premier burlesque and body confidence studio, founded in 2014 by Vivienne Starr. We are dedicated to celebrating the art of inclusive burlesque, where everyone is encouraged to express themselves and embrace their unique beauty.  

At the VaVoom Room, we believe that dance is for everyone, regardless of gender, background, financial position, clothing size, or skill level. Our classes, courses, and workshops are designed to create a safe and welcoming environment where dancers of all styles can come together to explore their passion and creativity.   The best dancer in the room is the one having the most fun!  

We are committed to fostering a supportive community that uplifts and empowers each other, both inside the studio and beyond. As a locally owned and operated studio, we specialize in helping individuals rediscover their confidence and sensuality in their own skin.
